This program was for installation of raingardens in the Ryan Lake Watershed in the Victory Neighborhood of North Minneapolis in 2013. Metro Blooms and the Victory Neighborhood Association identified sites that offered high runoff capture potential, helped alleviate flooding, and offered potential for homeowners to learn the importance of protecting water quality in nearby Ryan Lake.
