The work to protect Minnesota’s lakes and rivers, to support pollinators, and to create resilient landscapes embracing the values of equity and inclusion starts with each of us. Gardeners believe in the future, and so do we. That’s why we are growing, and reaching more people and more communities than ever before, as we lay the groundwork for a more sustainable future for all of us.
Your investment provides us with more resources to support the communities we partner with. For example,
- $50 helps to cover the cost share for a residential raingarden installation, allowing all residents the opportunity to create a resilient landscape in their yard.
- $150 allows us to hire a resident project steward from a multi-family housing community to engage their neighbors in co-creating a landscape that meets their needs.
- $500 supports a young adult to attend our sustainable landcare training academy, gaining skills in the green infrastructure field and a pathway to green jobs.
Capital Campaign for Our New Home
We are very excited about our new home at 3747 Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis, and we’re currently conducting a capital campaign to raise $400,000 for the building. More information about this effort.
